Joe Balich is a nationally recognized certified remodeler and has been in the construction industry for 35 years. He Co-Chairs the By-Laws & Ethics for NARI, and is licensed in multiple states as a general contractor. Those who know Joe in business would say, "he doesn't know the meaning of half-way" and his passion for firearms is much the same.
Joe is the Training Director for the Charlotte Rifle and Pistol Club and assists each month with handgun familiarization and safety classes for new shooters. He truly enjoys teaching the fundamentals of safe and practical shooting for sport and protection. Joe has multiple NRA certifications and is a member of several groups which are dedicated to the same basic principals.
